Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie reunite for the 20th anniversary of "The Simple Life" and decide that the best way to celebrate their iconic friendship is to take to the high arts. They announce that they will write, produce and star in an opera based on their famous childhood song, "Sanasa". In order to bring their opera to life, they search for inspiration from their own roots, meet with esteemed members of the performing arts community, and tackle the daunting task of creating a one-word opera.
